The high quality nylon strap is tough and lightweight with a very tight weave that doesn't snag easily.

Also comes with a quality 3 inch steel carabiner with spring lever for easy attachment.
The Metal cam buckle allows you to easily adjust the length of the strap so you can get the perfect height for your springpole.

Good Quality. But get smaller diameter bungee for Staffy or smaller dogs

I like the quality. No complaints. However my 9 month ( 26 Lbs) old Staffy really is not big enough to get the tug tug to pull. She is just learning. So I cut the supplied bungee in half to allow some tug action. I used as a manual tugger to get her used to the idea of tugging with it then I transitioned her to the "hanging Spring" pole and she took right to it. I will limit her to 10 min session a couple times a day till she gets over 12 months and then increase time of work out. But I did not want to buy a garage door spring like most are made and this tug very well may prevent a chipped tooth. So good product but if under say 40 pounds I may recommend the 3/8" bungee.

Designed to be wrapped around beams, tree limbs or any other suitable hanging location with the steel ring passing through the loop at the end of the strap. The springpole is then attached directly to the steel ring making a secure, easy and durable connection.

Not up to par with original, had to use 2 to replace one.

First let me say I love Tugmutt and their products. I keep extra bands and other parts on hand to promote continual use for my Mals. The two replacement velcro carabiners that I received were smaller than the original, and one replacement carabiner by itself would not hold more than a minute or two of use. After a bit of thought, I applied one, and then applied the second wrapped just a touch bigger around the outside of the first. With tandem application they are now holding, but it appears the strength and/or quality has diminished, as the original lasted well over a year-and-a-half. At this rate I'm paying double for a working replacement. Heads up for the QC department. =0)

Not worth it

I ordered replacement Velcro and a rope tug. The replacement Velcro lasted about 5 minutes. Pretty useless. I’d suggest getting a Malinois for testing your products instead of whatever you’re currently using. Waste of time and money.

I am so glad to have the replacement velcro pieces for the Springpole! My pittie loves the Springpole I bought a year and a half ago, and we use it every day. When the velcro wore out I was not looking forward to buying a whole new Springpole and was so happy to see on the Tug Mutt web site that instead I could order replacment velcro!
