Was missing parts,you sent end cap and Velcro,not spring inside that was cut.customer service gets you a 1,I still can’t use it with a broken piece of rubber.id give you a 0 if I could cause you told me you was going to replace it,just replace it with the outside hanging one with kit to hang it with.that one’s on your worker for dropping the ball and asking me for a survey
